Company Profile

QUANTUM Quality Inc. is a customer-driven, small New England-headquartered business dedicated to helping our clients bring about improvement of their products and services. Quantum quality is comprised of professional quality management consultants specializing in Process Improvement, Quality Assurance and Customer focused Quality Management Systems. We are recognized experts in ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949, the FDA Quality System Regulation (new GMPs) and EN 46001, TQM, and Malcolm Baldrige Quality Awards. We have significant experience in working with our clients to implement changes toward self-sustaining continuous improvement and the attendant cost benefits. Our programs are targeted at our client’s bottom line.

We have lived the issues most manufacturing companies and service companies experience, from the first line management level up through senior management. We appreciate the problems of managing programs for improvement and making them work in an environment of competing priorities. We can help any organization, manufacturing or service, commercial or government, address their specific issues and improve their operations. We are confident in our abilities because we have assisted over 150 companies toward registration to ISO 9000, QS 9000, ISO/TS 16949 and FDA compliance. We have worked with a number of commercial and government organizations to institute continuous improvement and Malcolm Baldrige-based systems. Most importantly, we guarantee our work!
